#101 - North East India

…sometime in 2003:

A memorable trip to the beautiful valleys and rivers of the North-East India. We covered about a dozen places in 7 days. We had known only the source and the destination - the journey was completely unplanned. Snow Leopards in Darjeeling, eating Momo’s in Sikkim, Water Rafting at River Teesta, a beautiful temple at a island on River Brahmaputra, Yak ride at Chango lake, the Baba Mandir at Gangtok, refreshing rains at Cherapunjee, amazingly beautiful valleys at Shillong, the Durga puja at Kalimpong, and spending time at the peaceful Silchar - this was a trip of a lifetime!
